Working on Omni’s 41st year in business at the 50,000 SF facility in Hudson, NH, it is with great pride and enthusiasm that Omni announces the grand opening of their second manufacturing facility in Frisco, TX.
Customer driven demand, the primary driver of growth, is predicated on trust, quality and service. Omni’s core foundational principles consist of the company’s culture and the attention to employee development and empowerment. Manufacturing a quality product for a customer starts with Omni’s employees. Given the current employment environment, Omni’s employee retention is a testament to their mentoring and educational programs. Not a day goes by that one will not see the CEO, GM, Engineering/Quality Manager and Regulatory Compliance Director roll up their sleeves and assist with all steps of a customer’s order. Promoting the importance of mentoring from the top flows to all levels. The winner is always the customer.
Humbling is when a customer asks for more output and production. Never taking these opportunities for granted, Omni’s partnerships are always handled like they were still in the prototype proving stage.
Supporting all industries, Omni has 90+ machines including 42+ Swiss Citizen/Cincom machines. Their specialty is Swiss precision manufacturing 32mm or 1.25″OD round bar. Large turn can accommodate up to 2.76″ OD round bar running Mazak and Eurotech. Multiple 5-axis center and others are found in Milling that include Okuma and Haas. Anodization of Titanium Dioxide, laser weld and laser marking are very popular services.
Transformation is achieved by their engineering skillsets and think tanks that foster the multitude of parts will be extended to the Frisco facility. Machines like the Citizen/Cincom-A, D, L, M support their Orthopedic/Dental Implants divisions. The automotive, firearms, & industrial divisions are supported by utilizing their Hyndai-32 position, Okuma 5 axis, Haas-5axis machining centers. Their Aerospace, Oil, commercial Divisions are supported by Hyundai 32 position, Okuma 4 & 5-axis, Haas 5 axis, Matsuura 4 axis, Bridgeport 3 axis, Robodrill 3 axis, and Supermax machining centers.
With Frisco being one of the fastest growing areas in TX, Omni-South is looking forward in supporting their customer base along with embracing the newest projects the industry has to offer.
