You can count on Omni to work with you. Every day Omni devotes time and resources to making the manufacturing experience better for our customers. Not only that, but the Omni team is constantly attempting to improve our in house operations with training and education for our employees. Since Omni is so grateful to our customers and our community we are constantly trying to give back by working with nearby colleges and technical high schools.
Being part of the Omni Team
Omni considers our customers as part of the team. If your design is ready to go and you have specific requirements that need to be met and supervised, Omni proudly welcomes our customers to come view our facility and work closely with our engineers. If your product is new and still in the prototype phase our experienced team of engineers will be ready to assist you in producing measuring and optimizing your component. Omni has even worked closely with customers who require yearly amount of manufactured components to come up with inventory plans so that lead times can be reduced and they can get their components faster.
Better Education Makes a Better Work Force
Omni is involved in many programs that are helping educate the future work force. By working closely with Nashua Community College and the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Omni is becoming a strong partner in the manufacturing education system. Experienced and well trained technicians are a highly demanded commodity in the work force. Omni is working with the co-op program at Umass Lowell and the My Turn program at NCC, to bring in interns and give them practical hands on experience in the work force. Once a technician makes themselves part of Omni’s team the education doesn’t stop there. Consistent training and improvement standard are in place to ensure that we have the most knowledgeable and experienced manufacturing floor in New England.
